My research focus is on the development and implentation of statistical models applied to high-throughput sequencing data. These genomic data are tipically obtained from biological samples of cancer patients.

The main objective of my reasearch is to identify possible biomarkers and develop predictive models that can be used in the clinical setting.

I earned a Master degree in Physics at the University of Pisa.
I am currectly a PhD student in Nanoscience at Scuola Normale Superiore.
